Which source-ad URLs do you support?
Public TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts URLs work today. The ad has to be reachable without a login — private, geo-restricted, or DRM-locked clips can't be ingested. We pull the video, extract a transcript, and never re-host the source publicly.
Who owns the generated ads?
You do. Hypereel doesn't claim a license on your projects, the brands, products, or characters you upload, or the cuts we render. We don't train on your work or reuse your assets in our marketing without explicit written permission.
How do credits work?
Credits are pegged at 10 credits per second of video at the default engine's audio-off rate. A 15-second cloned spot is roughly 150 credits; a 30-second chained pipeline is roughly 300. Each plan grants a fixed monthly bucket; unused credits don't roll over.
How many images or videos can I generate?
As many as your credit balance supports. Using the 10-credits-per-second peg, a 15-second cloned spot costs around 150 credits and a 30-second chained cut around 300. There's no per-project or per-day count cap — the only limit is your remaining credits, so plans simply set how much output you can ship each month.
Is my subscription automatically renewed?
Yes. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. Cancellation is one click via the Stripe portal linked from the /billing page; you keep access through the end of the current period and nothing renews after that.
How can I purchase extra credits?
A one-shot top-up of 600 credits for $19.99 is available on every plan from your /billing page. Top-ups land instantly via the same Stripe checkout flow as the recurring plan, don't change your subscription tier, and don't roll into your monthly grant.
Can I cancel or change plans whenever?
Yes. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Upgrades are prorated immediately so you only pay the difference for the remaining days. Downgrades are deferred to the next cycle, so you keep the credits you've already paid for.
